The City of Karratha proposes to all of Lot 5 (46) Roe Street, Roebourne, to Julyardi Aboriginal Corporation for a term of ten years from 1st October 2025 for $83,281.80 (excl GST) plus outgoings.
The market value of the disposition was assessed at $118,974 per annum (excl GST) on 8th July 2025.
Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to the proposal.
